Photoshop: When I save a PNG, it asks me to choose "none", or "interlaced"?

So I save PNG's a lot inside of Photoshop. When I do, it always asks me to choose 1 or 2 options upon saving it; "none", and "interlaced". What is the difference, and what should I be selected (I clean up images from background)?

interlaced is only useful if you have a large image or a slow internet connection and the image takes a long time to load and you want to see a low quality image before the whole things loads, it's probably not as compression friendly as "none".

Most people would pick "none".
